Delete your MindHull account
You can delete your account and its data at any time. Here is how.
Delete in the app
- Open MindHull and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings, then Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Delete from the web
No longer have the app? Enter the email on your account and we will send you a confirmation to complete the deletion.
What happens
- Your profile, progress, streaks, chats with Kai and preferences are deleted.
- Deletion completes right away in the app, and within 30 days for web requests, including backups.
- A subscription is managed by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it there to stop billing.
- We keep only what the law requires, such as payment records held by the stores.
