Who we are

MindHull is a daily learning app operated by Orlero. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Contact: support@mindhull.com.

What we collect

Account details: your email address or the identifier from Sign in with Apple or Google, and the name you choose.

Learning data: your interests, goals, progress, streaks, saved items and settings, so we can plan your day.

Conversations: messages and voice sessions with Kai and our guides, so they can answer you and remember what matters to you. Chat history is kept for a limited time.

Device and usage data: app version, device type, language and product analytics, so we can keep the app fast and improve it.

Purchase status: whether your subscription is active. Payments are handled by the App Store or Google Play; we never see your card number.

How we use it

To run MindHull: build your daily briefing, cards and journeys, answer your questions, sync your progress and keep your account secure.

To improve the product through aggregated analytics, and to send service messages you need, such as sign in codes.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your conversations to show you third party ads.

Who helps us

We use trusted providers to deliver the service: Cloudflare for hosting and storage, language and voice model providers to generate answers and speech, RevenueCat to confirm subscriptions, and PostHog for product analytics. They process data only to provide their service to us.

Text and audio you send to Kai may be processed by an AI model provider in order to respond.

Where data is kept

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and may be processed in the country where you live or in other countries with appropriate safeguards.

Your rights and choices

You can access, correct or delete your data. You can delete your account in the app (Profile, Settings, Account, Delete account) or on our account deletion page.

Depending on where you live, including the EU, UK and California, you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing and to receive a copy of your data. Email support@mindhull.com and we will respond within 30 days.

You can switch off optional analytics in the app settings.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account we delete your profile, progress and conversations, including backups within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

Children

MindHull is for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Security

We protect data with encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your information safe.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
